Ventilation efficiency of DC fan

DC fans are generally used in one of two ways, to dissipate heat from equipment or to improve air circulation. 1. When the equipment is cooled, the cooling effect of the DC fan is limited by the internal impedance of the equipment system. It is obvious that when the wind pressure is zero (free ventilation) , the DC fan can provide the maximum amount of air. 2. In the case of zero air volume (that is, when the wind pressure is maximum) , no air through the equipment, can not achieve the purpose of heat dissipation. In either case, the DC fan fails to dissipate heat for the device, and in order to find the point at which a DC FAN is most efficient at dissipating heat from a given device, we must calculate the maximum PQ of the fan to determine the best cooling capacity of the DC fan.
